Return & Refund Policy

At our store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us using the details below.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Hygiene or personal-use items
